Warranty

In accordance with the procedure stipulated by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, all goods purchased in the Primtech online store are subject to a minimum 24-month warranty period, except for goods that are subject to rapid wear and tear, for example: cables, cases, holders, etc. Products of this type have a shorter warranty period, such as one year, or no warranty at all. The warranty period should be inquired about before purchasing the product. For legal entities, the warranty applies based on the terms set by the manufacturers.

 

Purchase guarantee conditions:

 

Warranty repair is applied to your purchase with the accompanying proof of purchase (check, invoice or lease agreement), which is delivered to you together with the purchased product or sent to you by e-mail. The purchase document must be kept during the entire warranty period. The warranty period starts counting from the day of collection of the product or its delivery to the buyer.

When delivering the product for warranty service, it is necessary to submit the product purchase document together with the product. The item must be clean and have a factory sticker or other identifying mark on the item.

 

After delivery of the product for repair, it is checked and, in case of a minor malfunction, programming or configuration error of the device, repaired or ready for use. If the fault is greater, the product is sent to a service center authorized by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer applies a separate and "reasonable period" repair and return period for goods delivered to their repair center. During the warranty period, only those products are repaired free of charge, which are found to be faulty due to the fault of the manufacturer. If the product's failure is irreparable, the product is replaced or the money paid for it is returned. Goods and parts repaired or replaced by an authorized service center are covered by warranty from the date of original purchase.

 

Warranty obligations do not apply if:

 

The product was not used for its intended purpose and/or without following the instructions for use;


The product was repaired or otherwise modified at a service center not authorized by the manufacturer;


Damaged product serial number stickers or other identification markings;


The product is mechanically or otherwise damaged, has been disassembled, if the failure occurred when the product was dropped or hit;


The failure of the product was caused by dust, liquid, sand, etc. entering the inside of the product;


The failure of the product was caused by the use of accessories that are not original or recommended for use by the manufacturer;


The failure of the product was caused by the installation of illegal content or applications;


The failure of the product is due to the operation of virus programs;


Product failure occurred due to uncontrollable environmental factors (fire, rain, lightning, storm, flood, etc.);


The failure of the product was caused by voltage surges or other electrical network failures.


The warranty does not apply to consumable items and parts (cables, cases, holders, batteries, etc.).


The warranty does not apply to information contained on data media or devices.


After the repair of the product, the product is stored for 6 months after notifying the buyer about the repair of the product. After this time, the seller has the right not to store the goods any longer.
