Delivery of goods via DPD courier
DPD courier will deliver the parcel to your home, office or other address of your choice in 50 Lithuanian cities.*
The courier will deliver the goods to your address in the territory of Lithuania within 1-15 business days.**
Delivery price:
5 EUR + VAT. (in the case of a large volume or weight order, the standard delivery price may differ - we will inform you about this in a separate message).
Time interval of delivery of goods in major Lithuanian cities: 8:00 -14: 00, 14:00 -18: 00, 18:00 -22: 00 on business days.
In other parts of Lithuania, goods are delivered on business days from 8.00 to 16.00.

In the evening before delivery, you will receive an SMS message (or a message to the Viber app if you use it) with a shipment number and an online link. By clicking on it, you will be able to control the delivery of your shipment: change the delivery address, day or direct the shipment to the most convenient DPD post office. This is handy if your plans have changed and you are unable to accept the shipment on the scheduled delivery date.
In the morning of the delivery day, you will be informed about the estimated delivery time of the shipment by an SMS message (or a message to the Viber app, if you use it). The message will indicate the courier's arrival time at 1 p.m. time interval, e.g. 09: 50-10: 50.

Upon delivery of the goods you will need to show an identity document upon request by the courier.
If you notice a packaging violation upon receipt of the shipment, notify the courier who delivered the shipment immediately and complete the packaging damage report.
Upon acceptance of the ordered goods and signing of the consignment document without comments, the consignment is considered to have been delivered successfully.

** We have most of the goods in our warehouse and DPD courier will deliver it to your address within 1-3 business days. However in some rare cases we have to transport goods from the manufacturer. In such case the delivery time is longer: 1-15 business days. If the delivery will take longer than 3 days, one of our product managers will notify you after you pay for the order.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that extend the specified delivery times, we will notify you in advance.
